Bluetooth · Spotify · Group voting

Democratic listening for real rooms.

One host drives the Spotify queue while everyone nearby joins over Bluetooth and votes to skip. When a strict majority wants the next track, playback moves on—no more passing a single phone around the party.

About us

Have you ever been on a long road trip with a group of people that have strong musical preferences? Do you ever get tired of hearing “skip” yelled from the back seat?

We definitely have, and that is where Harmonious Vote came from. This allowed our family to democratize music and try and find something for everyone.

How it works

  1. Host: connect Spotify, pick a playlist, and start broadcasting a session.
  2. Guests: join with a short PIN, a pairing link, or tap-to-pair where supported—Bluetooth keeps everyone in sync with the host.
  3. Vote: guests vote to skip; when more than half of the group agrees, the queue advances automatically.

Fast pairing

PINs, shareable links, and deep links get guests connected quickly—no Spotify account required on the guest side.

Fair skip rules

Majority skip keeps the vibe moving. Hosts can cap skips per guest so one person can't spam the queue.

Host controls

Tune stale-guest timeouts, watch who's connected, and end sessions cleanly when the night wraps up.

Built for groups

Low-latency Bluetooth sync and a single shared queue keep the room on the same beat.

Designed for crowded rooms

From house parties to late-night hangs, Harmonious Vote is built so the group—not just the aux holder—shapes what plays next.
